Excellent Service Delivery
A happy customer and satisfied I recently bought a Giant Jumbo Water Slide From Them And I must say I’m impressed with the level of professionalism this guys have the service and customer care is just amazing . My Water slide was delivered all the way from Pretoria to Limpopo they inflated it in my yard & schooled us with the operation and safety measures about the jumping castle,their people are patient even when u dont understand they take their time until u understand,well the jumping castle is very very strong it’s really excellent quality . Highly recommend thank You

They Take Customers Serious and Products Are good Quality n speed delivery
Good day Jennifer here From Ghana my experience with BlueCrest was wonderful I don’t want to lie yes it first they were a bit late with my delivery but well I received my Smeg Kettle & Toaster Combo with my Jumping Castle and I must say the quality of both products is unmatched,BlueCrest sells quality goods and at affordable prices they take their customers very serious. As one of Bluecrest Satisfied and happy client I would also like to share my review. I bought a Jumping Castle For R23500 and Matt Green Smeg Kettle & Toaster Combo And trust me I couldn’t be more happier with both the products ,Jumping castle is strong and very sturdy the Smeg appliances I was just blown away with the level of quality .My order was delivered straight to my house after a week or so they didn’t waste time and I’m so happy and believe me it’s worth it I highly highly recommend them…You won’t go wrong with this company ask for Thami Maseko he made my ordering process to run so smooth till delivery

Smeg Quality is Excellent But Delivery takes long
I bought Smeg Kettle and Toaster They Promoted on Facebook As soon as I saw their ad I jumped to pay even without seeing the company cause they seemed legit at all . I was impressed with the service and all and also my Smeg Kettle and Toaster was Deliverd and in Excellent Condition and Works Perfectly BUT I’m not gna give Them 5 Stars Cause of Slow Delivery,That part I was not impressed honestly they Took over 4 Days To deliver And They promised to deliver 3 days after I made payment but Nooooo They took about 5 days to deliver from Pretoria to KZN . Overall I’m Happy with Their Smeg Appliances they are excellent Quality they need to work on their delivery or courier time ,4-5 days is a lot to wait it’s not like I’m in china we just 2 provinces apart .

Smeg Appliances,Excellent Consition I'm Happy
I bought a smeg red Kettle and Toaster from them ,I'm impressed with the quality of both appliances the Kettle and Toaster came as advertised both brand new and in original boxes. But I was disappointed when it came to delivery I must say cause it took longer than I was told ,when I paid I was told they will be deliverd within 3 days by Cidwell Ndamase BUT that Didn't Happen like He said . My appliances were deliverd 5 days after the purchase which I was not impressed with ,this days buying online and delivery is faster no matter the distance I stay in new castle and they ate in Pretoria this could've taken then 24hrs to deliver KZN and Pretoria are not that far from each other . Overall I'm happy with my Smeg Appliances my Kitche looks tops and Will be buying more Smeg Products from You BUT u guys need to work on your Delivery Time at least try 24hrs after clients pay into your account. Thank You
