Polokwane municipality disappoints

Polokwane municipality is nothing but a waste. A meter burst and water has been flooding from the wee hours of the morning up to date. We reported the matter personally around 8 in the morning and nobody came. I called their landline around 10 and the second call around 1pm...still nothing. I texted them on whatsapp and funny enough they rep**** but still nobody showed up. I now believe its true when they say people do not love or take their jobs seriously or maybe will it be better if that particular job is given to someone who knows why they need jobs? According to them...what do they think emergency is? Joo can something be done to this ungrateful people who takes their jobs granted.
