I was sceptical when I saw over 90% 5-star ratings for Laptops@Cost on this platform, I thought they were bots - No they are not, in case you're sceptical too. Their service is excellent, I bought a brand new sealed Dell Precision 5490 which was defective from the manufacturer. Laptops@tCost immediately offered me a brand new replacement unit. The whole experience was great as they maintained communication with me from the 1st unit to the replacement unit and it was quick. like I said, I was sceptical at first, Im glad to have found out I was wrong.
