I did a purchase on the 24th of December 2024 and was double charged , I saw my statement in February 2024 and I went to log a complain for a refund was told to email my statement which I did and they said they will Calle after 2 working days once they spoke to head office, I called them after 7 days because they was no feedback and they said they will call me after 10 minutes which they sis not I called again on a different day they dropped the call even now no feedback of my refund for R190.70
