Watch out

They advertise a low price, but don't tell you that you are going to be hit with customs duties and admin fees that put 20% on it. Worse, they don't provide the right info to UPS so you have to spend many minutes on phone calls to get the bill so you can get your parcel released. Impossible to reach: the support email just generates an autoreply and nothing thereafter.
