Unpaid Claim
I recently got retrenched in Feb 2025. All documentation were sent to Sanlam by my employer but i still haven't received my provident and 2 pot savings. No communication or heads up on the progress. I've spent over 500 calling to follow up but its the same status. They say its been escalated more than 3 times now but no progress. Its not my first time using Sanlam and I didn't experience this before but this time around its really disappointing. Not even an sms confirming this claim. Please guys. This is unfair.

MM Wentzel is a ****
The first time they contacted me and they promised to resolve my prescribed debts. They were always available before i made the payment. After paying R3900 for their fees they were nowhere to be found. I highly do not recommend this to anyone. They are very unreliable. Complete ****. They keep on telling me the same story that the number i'm using needs to be updated on the system. Its been 3 months now with no resolution and they are not even bothered.
