I’m still deeply hurt by the experience we had with REEDS Bellville 2024. Our son bought a car with excitement and hope for a new chapter in his life and career. Just three days after collection, the car broke down and had to be towed. It spent over a month at the warehouse in Bloemfontein due to ****** parts that had to be reordered and replaced. A brand-new vehicle, straight off the showroom floor, ended up needing multiple replacements and repairs. What should have been a joyful milestone turned into a nightmare — involving three tow trucks, four months in and out of the workshop, and countless frustrations. This level of negligence and disregard is unacceptable.
