Faulty seals and mould that cannot be removed

Very disappointed with our new Showerline showers. After having a great experience using them with our first renovation 12 years ago we used them again for our recent renovation. The seals at the bottom edge of the showers are faulty, the one on the door that open became brittle and cracked shortly after installation. That's not a problem because we can easily replace it. But the bottom seals are not water tight and so water has gotten into them and of course turned to green mould. There is no way of cleaning them. Showerline have quoted R8,000 to come and re-install the showers, that is their only solution. They have refused to take any responsibility because its out of the 1yr warranty and have said its due to poor circulation in the bathrooms. This is complete nonsense as there are extractor fans, large windows and are big bathrooms so plenty of circulation. Very disappointed that this company refuses to take any responsibility for what is very obviously an issue with their install. A very expensive mistake using Showerline...
