Apparent ‘business closure’- but still operating?
The message sent conveniently 3 days before we were going to pick up our order, after waiting and empty promises were made for 4 months Important Announcement – Business Closure After much consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close my business in South Africa. The combination of financial challenges and economic instability has made it impossible for me to continue operating or fulfill existing orders. I am deeply sorry to those affected by this. I have always aimed to serve my clients with transparency and pride in my work. Unfortunately, I no longer have the resources to continue. To everyone who has supported me over the years – thank you. Lies, lies, lies
Empty promises. I spoke to the lady regarding my scepticism and bad reviews, she assured me people were being outrages and overreacting explaining the circumstances. We ordered a table and chairs 3 months ago. After paying she went silent. Countless follow ups were made -that were either ignored or empty promises were made. I dont understand stand how the admin department and invoicing can be run from Australia( because she emigrated) and then have the warehouse run things in South Africa with out supervision or someone running the day- to- day. Does anyone have their business address or contact person, would like to go collect the table( because apparently it is ready and they just need to deliver it. Can someone struggle to arrange transport for over a month?) Lies on lies. So disappointing- people like custom creations is why people who are actually trying to sell products online are suffering and struggling to make sale.
