Lebowakgomo hospital did us dirty

My Lil sister went to Lebowakgomo hospital on Thursday for antenatal visit, she was 34 weeks pregnant, when she got to the hospital the doctors decided to operate her, mind you she had no pains, not even a single pain... Ohk shen then gave birth to a handsome baby boy, sadly the poor boy lived for only a few hours... The doctor didn't even put the baby in an incubator, or follow a procedure of premature baby, they left the baby with the mother telling her not to touch or even breastfeed the baby for full 8 hours, unfortunately the baby died after a few hours... They didn't apologize, nor even show any remorse... My question is what was the reason why they operate her? Why didn't they take necessary steps of a premature child?
