Evolate Properties - Urgent Agent Behaviour and Conduct issue
I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional conduct of one of the agents from Evolate Properties. My experience dealing with this agent has been highly disappointing and far below the level of professionalism one would expect from a property agency. The agent communicated in an inappropriate and confrontational manner, repeatedly engaging in unnecessary back-and-forth exchanges rather than handling the matter constructively. The agent conducted herself in this manner with other family members too. Instead of maintaining a professional tone, the agent’s responses came across as immature and argumentative, resembling the behaviour one would expect in a high school disagreement rather than in a professional client-agent interaction. This created an uncomfortable and frustrating experience for me as a client. Customer service and professionalism should be at the forefront of any property agency’s interactions with clients. Unfortunately, this was not reflected in my experience. I was contacted at an inappropriate time in the evening and the communication that followed was dismissive and unprofessional. As a client, I expect respectful and professional communication. I have therefore requested that I no longer deal with this particular agent and would appreciate being assisted by another representative from the agency who understands the importance of professional conduct and customer service. I hope Evolate Properties will address this matter internally and ensure that their agents uphold the standards expected in the property industry.

Poor Quality - Mother's Day
I always try to support small businesses, so I was really looking forward to ordering from Petal & Post. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the poor quality of the flowers delivered to my mum. They arrived completely dry and withered, looking nothing like what was shown online. This was meant to be a special gesture, but sadly it fell far short. For the amount I paid, I expected fresh, beautiful flowers — not something that looked days old and sp****. I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of care and quality, and I sincerely hope this isn't reflective of your usual service.
