If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a pair of Gucci shoes for nearly R20,000 from Gucci Sandton, and what followed was an absolute nightmare. The shoes had a clear manufacturing defect, which even the store acknowledged. You would think that means a quick and professional resolution, right? Think again. Two months later, I still have no shoes and no refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received nothing but empty promises. Kagiso from Gucci Sandton has been handling the case, and to this day, I’ve been given no proof of refund, no timeline, no accountability. The silence and disregard are outrageous for a so-called luxury brand. Their lack of customer service, transparency, and basic decency is appalling. Spending nearly 20k should come with respect and assurance – instead, it’s feeling like I’ve been ****med. Are they selling ****s? Who knows at this point – but the experience reeks of *****ulence. Avoid this store at all costs. You’re better off burning your cash – at least you’ll know where it went.
