I’m extremely concerned about a company called Just Bridge that is actively collecting payments on behalf of HomeChoice, yet they appear to be unregistered with the National Credit Regulator (NCR). This raises serious red flags about compliance and consumer protection. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, they cannot provide any official registration details or formal documentation. It's alarming that HomeChoice, a well-known brand, is allowing a non-registered third party to manage and collect customer debts. As consumers, we have the right to deal with registered, transparent, and accountable financial service providers. I urge HomeChoice to clarify this relationship and take responsibility for any risks posed to their customers. This kind of practice undermines trust in the credit industry and needs to be addressed urgently.
I have been trying to validate my Old Mutual Rewards account for over 3 weeks. Despite submitting all requested documents — including a certified copy of my SA ID and a recent bank statement — and even having the Old Mutual debit card, I am still unable to access or use my rewards. I have visited 5 different Old Mutual branches, called the support line multiple times, and emailed rewards@oldmutual.com, but I receive no updates or resolution. Every time I’m told to “wait for a call” or that the issue will be escalated, but nothing happens. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing from such a large financial institution. I need urgent assistance and accountability on this matter. Please fix this.
