Insurance issue due to 3rd party claim
I had a 3rd party claim which I had to pay the access fee myself. Not even covered by the insurance. They said if I pay, they will correct and pay me back in that I was not responsible for the accident. I xha fed my insurance a n they still deducted the premium form my account. States that takes 40ndays to reverse. I am waiting now 2 weeks for a call back from the management and to top it up. This matter happened in February. Very bad service. No communication2 replies
