Unpleasant service from the maintenance department . No response, very unprofessional communication.

Incorrect Katalina Couch accessories
I bought a light grey katalina couch at Montana Kolonnade and it came with incomplete pillow. Reported it same day after collecting, they acknowledged and sent a driver to deliver an additional pillow. An incorrect pillow was delivered and they said it’s my fault. Never delivered another pillow.

In complete order delivered
I bought a TV floating stand. 22 March 2025 at Thohoyandou Thavhani Rochester and they delivered an incomplete package and I cannot assemble it. I have been doing follow ups but no response. I even called the head office and they just gave me a reference number 1001**6120. Customers number 106**2289
