Do not use Jozi Vibes Bus

Please do not use this company. We booked a bus months in advance for a matric farewell and received a call on the day from Lawrence the owner at 3:30pm with an excuse that the company was in Liquidation and couldn’t trade. The company continues to trade! We were sent an email and WhatsApp saying we would be reimbursed but have received no money as at today’s date. The phone remains engaged and no one replies to messages. Jozi bus caused an extreme amount of anxiety and seems to have no remorse!!
