So we paid for our tests in March then lockdown happened and still no further communications as to when the paper based exams will be taking place? The 011 number has been out of service and no response via social media. Can someone please take IELTS British Council to task as this customer service is appalling.

I am calling customer service, wasting my airtime and driving out gas over this weekend to check on what the hold up is. I get told every time a different delivery date I am tired of waiting for my paid goods as I have the workers on my property daily paying them for nothing as they need the material to build and it has still not arrived. This is unacceptable and demand that you deliver my goods tomorrow.</p>
