No service from Vivekan despite payment.
Secmac Containers purportedly contracted Vivekan Logistics to deliver two containers. Despite apparently having been paid by Secmac, Vivecan logistics demanded additional payment, supposedly for insurance, and we would be paid back 98% of this amount once the containers were delivered. Despite Vivekan not doing the delivery because Secmac failed to provide, and despite numerous efforts no refund has been forthcoming from Vivekan. No acknowledgement, no answering of any e-mails. No phone contact numbers.

Secmac Containers not delivering despite payment receipt
We procured two containers from Secmac on the basis of being supp**** to site and made the due payment. However when delivery was required, we had to make an additional payment to the logistics company. Nonetheless, the containers were never delivered and any effort to obtain a refund was futile to the extend that we were contacted by an apparent **** bank purporting to do the refund - apparently directed by Kagiso Attempts to communicate with Kagiso was equally futile. Not answering any calls and only responding on occasion via whatsapp and with a large amount of arrogance. Thus no containers supp****, no service received and no refund received despite extended and concerted efforts
