They did not honour their contractual obligation but deducted the money . I paid from May until July and they never paid my creditors am in arrears because of them and every time when I call calls are not picked up and when sending a whatsup am told we will get back . My credit score is messed up because of this company and no one is taking accountability and in all this there is a car also. Am now getting calls from my creditors because they are not getting payments but still LDM is not bothered about it. 😡😡😡
I bought few things including a coffee table from Russell’s Tembisa 2024 August, the same August I complained about the coffee table because it was loose, my query was not attended to, I went to the branch and I to wait. 3 Months passed with no response, I went to the branch again I was told they still waiting for feedback, I even informed them that I have a small baby who is crawling this tale might fall on him. I went to the branch again In January and I was told the table was discontinued I need to choose another coffee table , i chose it and because it was less I was informed , my instalment will be adjusted. February I went to the branch again mind you am using petrol to go there and my time I was asked if I did not get any call from anyone I said NO. On 8 May, I call the head office to complain about the service only to be told my instalment was adjusted, the coffee table was removed in April. How can one go to my profile without me authorising it (I regard it as a validation of my personal information) and also since August I have been paying for something that is broken and when someone decide to adjust and not contacted. The service is so pour and products are not of quality (No value for money)
