Just returned from brunch at Woolworths Café - Rosebank Mall. I am appalled at the service. The staff seem totally disinterested in noticing you - I witnessed a number of people walking out unattended. It took ages to get two Cappuccinos and the food order took even longer. To get the bill at the end of the meal took ages until we eventually got up and went to the cash desk and requested the bill. The appears to be a lot of staff wondering around but sadly no spring in their step.
