80 year old sforced to open and close heavy gate by hand

They installed a Centurion gate motor but after 5 months the gate wasnt working anymore. they don't want to fix their mistake of installing the gate motor skew. they just say they no longer install gate motors. this is the worst service ever. if i could give a zero star i would do it. my husband and i are 80 years old, we now have to open and close our gate by hand.
