<div>Please help us, there's many of us even here on hello Peter who have legitimate grievances against Pep Paxi and we are being ignored on our enquiries about our parcel that went missing. Please help, there's no way you wait more than a month for your parcel, every time you ask.you are told the matter has been escalated you must wait for a feedback in 24 - 48 hrs they will return back to you, which they never do. Something is seriously wrong there, and Pep Paxi is honestly not doing enough to address that and when you want to claim for your parcel only to be told it's still under investigation. Paxi management is not taking responsibility on this matter</div>
I am very disappointed with Pep Paxi, honestly I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know, my parcel was sent to me on the 8th of April 2025, I tried calling Paxi and writing their WhatsApp, I have been taken from pillar to post. It is very disappointing to say the least, No one is coming back to me, after having been told several times they will come back to me in 24 to 48hrs but never did. The painful thing is me having to refund my customers things they had ordered from me. Pep Paxi is bad
