Went to get meds on the script for my 4 year old at the pharmacy only to find out after using it for few months the expiry date was last year and they gave it to us in 2025 Feb. It was cortisone drop to use in the nebulizer so can have possible side effects to my child who already has underlining issues regarding his respiratory system. Phoned the head office to complain and they just rep**** saying the expired prescribed medication will be less effective. How can they take it so lightly? Will they only sincerely apologize take action and do something if my child gets admitted for further complications due to their negligence? If it was their child taking the expired med can they say the same thing?
