I am very disappointed to find out that I’m paying for something that they don’t see on their system I took a funeral policy with a tombstone package and I’m paying for both, but now I’m being told that they don’t see the package I took on their system they can only see a funeral cover , not only one agent was able to assist they all say they can’t see the package but I’m paying more. I’m so disappointed means I have been paying them my money for something they won’t offer if something was to happen. They want me to send the document so they can “rectify and add “ but why would they ask me the document they supposed to have on their side.
