active kickz ****

I am very disappointed in this small business Active Kickzz. I ordered from them on the 22nd of May 2025 and still did not receive an order number from them even though they said that they will deliver on 27/28 May 2025. Now they are not replying/responding on any messages that I send them. I am going to take further steps because the cannot get away with this behaviour.
