Very bad service from Diane Karam

I too am an old Sanlam employee. When Diane first contacted me I owed over R80 000. She is very rude. Always pressuring for more money even when you show her you cant afford it. Now that I am almost paid up according to my sanlam statement. She sends me an email with "disbur*****ts" such as tracing fees, summons fees and the VAT, sheriff fees and correspondence fees to over R5000. I apparently owe her. I pay every month on the first and every month from the 28th she starts sending me emails telling me she wants proof of payment that same day still or she will hand me over to the sheriff. She will call I tell me if I dont pay immediately she will send the sheriff the same day to my house to collect stuff
