I RECENTLY PURCHASED PRODUCTS FROM MAC GALLERIA MALL EDGAR'S THE LADY DID A TEST ON MY FACE THEN I SETTLED FOR IT SO SHE DID TELL ME THE LIPSTICK IS GOING ON SPECIAL R250 BUT CAME TO THE TILL POINT SHE THEN SAID ITS R400 I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER I ALWAYS PURCHASE FROM MAC BUT DIDNT NOT RECIEVED ANY FREE GIFT OR PROMOTIONS.I WAS LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCe WE ARE A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND NOT 1ST TIME, KINDLY ASSIST. I ALSO SAID IL FORWARD THE PROOF OF PURCHASS NO ONE CALLED OR ASSISTED I WAS IGNORED
Poor service at the umhlanga pearls branch The waiter came to take the starter order menu,then he came back saying they cannot do that order so we changed the order to squid heads and sauce then he came back to take the bowl away,we asked for a glass of water,that took half an hour we had to remind him again,we placed the main order which was the quater chicken and chips and calamari and another order he came back saying theres an issue a slight delay but will be done soon,waited almost half and hour we havent recieved the 2nd order but just the 1st meal came,while we were waiting for the next persons order then he said sorry can we please order another meal coz they cannot do that due to time,so at point we gave up and said its fine we will share a meal from 1 plate.we saw people leaving due to poor service and delay with their food
