Purchased a 1.5kg bag of chicken wings and 70% of the pieces in the pack were just wing tips. I logged a complaint via the RCL website and then I received a reference number and a response asking for information via email. I typed up the required information and tried replying but the email kept being returned with a message that the mailbox is full. I then called the customer support number to get assistance; the 1st call I made the lady was not helpful and informed me that a different division deals with such queries and promised they will escalate and get them to call me. I waited 2 days and tried calling again, I spoke to a helpful agent who took all of my details and gave me another reference number with a promise of another call back. I instead received an email from the lady that initially responded who asked me to send the details via their WhatsApp number which I did. To date I haven't received a response from their WhatsApp number nor another email. I then made another call and spoke to another helpful agent who promised a call back, this was on Thursday the 29th of May. My original complaint was logged on the 17th of May and I have had no joy with my complaint being addressed and resolved only empty promises. The reference numbers are 96795 and 36511383
