Brilliant Movers!
Such a seamless experience, super reliable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend using them for any moves you have. We moved from Cape Town to JHB and they were brilliant. Constantly updating us and arrived on time!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED
The worst service I have every received. I have been waiting for 10 DAYS for Cool Ideas to activate my internet after moving to a new house. While they do respond, all they do is blame the fibre provider without taking any accountability. I have had to follow up twice a day nearly, with the same generic response being received. Finally, one of their staff admitted that they made a mistake in the application. Yet, despite that, they keep saying they will escalate it without anything happening and they keep blaming the fibre provider yet it was their fault all along. They are not honest. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER USING COOL IDEAS. I still do not have internet. Absolutely pathetic.
