NITCC just vanished with my money

This has been a struggle of my life I paid this company a long time ago to assist with clearing my credit record, debt review status in March 2022. Till today I have been trying to send messages asking if I can get my R3000 back or what will be next step no one is responding. I have whatsapp number people who will promise a call back or update but nothing happens. Tried to ask other companies, thinking maybe if I pay and let go and take it as if I was ****med and move on, no one is willing cause I have already started the process with them.
