Unreliable!

Jansie was our agent. We reported a leaking kitchen tap upon our 1 year inspection they promised to send someone and never did. There was consistent misspelling of my name and my husband's ID number on the addendums that they were very quick to send to us. The cherry on top of everything was that they NEVER FORMALLY informed us that the property we staying in was being put up for sale. We only found out when Jansie sent us a btw they property is for sale do you want to buy it. Extremely Disrespectful !! We ALWAYS paid our account on time. Yet now that it's their turn to pay us our deposit and the additional rental money that we accidentally paid to them. They are now taking their sweet time to pay us. Highly unprofessional! Do not trust them as they clearly do not care about their renters.
