Qtec Trailers a **** and bad businesspeople

This man is a ****, I bought a trailer from this man 3 years ago which I paid cash and to date no refund no trailer, no call. I've been to his business premises, and I even went the legal route but to no avail. I cannot afford lawyers any longer. I tried to deal with this man on a personal level, but the lies and excuses keep on coming. Its business as usual for his company but I have to make ends meet and struggle to keep food on the table for my family. If there are other people out there that has been ****** by this man, please speak up we cannot allow this man to con anyone further.
