Network Collection is failing me.

This company doesn't want me to gain financial freedom. Its like im asking for a plate of food, when I ask them to forward me a settlement letter with a correct reference number. They are failing me since last week I asked them for the letter in order my debt consolidation to be processed. I sent them a whatsapp they say they are waiting for an approval from the manager. And this Company App**** Credit handed me over to Network Collections they cant help me at even them.selves.
