In March, 11th 2025, I received a call from Sabelo. we had an agreement that My credit account is not complicated. What I needed to done on it was to dispute hard enquiries on it and after that my credit score will be boosted. In April I asked for a work done report regarding my profile and they send me a consumer credit report from XDS that they did in March,11th 2025, the same day I signed up with them with the same credit score I had when I signed up with them - then they tell me that that is the report to show the work they have done. I confronted them immediatley to say wait, this report shows the same score and accounts that I had before signing up with you guys, then they said they will check and get back to me but that never happened. I then started going after them with no response from them or anything like that. Then Sabelo made contact again after I have requsted that I want their cancellation department contact and convinced me otherwise then I dropped the cancellation. I then asked him that could you please do some work that you can show me that this is what we have done for the monies that we have debited on your account - I said to him I'm going away for a month off grid, this should give you enough time to do any work you need to do on my profile free from me interupting and following up, however i will ask for a weekly report. NOTHING was done and no report was provided to show work done on my profile, at some point Sabelo took a screenshot from another client's profile and sent it to me and said my score have went up with 10 point. when I came back in town, I logged in on my Experian account only to find that my score never went up by 10 points, it never went up - Actually i checked my score history graph, and it showed that my score never went up by sny points between April and June, so it was actually a lie to say my score went up and to share another clients score as mine. I then went on with cancelling the agreement - a lady called Nomzamo(zamo) called me for 2 days in a row, after 11days I have requested for the cancellation and after including even the director of the company whom never responded to any of my emails, shouting at me that why do I want to cancel because they have been giving me attention and why do I have to go to facebook and review them low when they are talking to me, but she could not at any stage prove me wrong by providing a work report showing everything that they have done on my profile since I signed up with them. They also refused to provide me with the call records for me to use when logging a complain with the relevant authorities because according to them - I'm no longer their client, so they don't owe me anything. I would highly recommend anyone to not work with MMWENTZEL at any given point or chance as you will suffer having to chase them around to get reports, and with that - all their numbers doesn't go through and they will literally ignore your whatsapp texts or any form of communication you make to them. They have 0% professionalism and very rude. Their website looks so sketchy, I have enquired with the NCR and they know nothing about this kind of service they offered to me. Furthermore I went to look for them on the NCR website under registrants for debt counsellors by putting in their company registration number and they don't appear on that list.
