Beware of buying from them

I purchased a sandal with their recent sale, upon receiving delivery, the sandal in a size 5 ,it was so small it did not even fit my daughter that wears a size 4. Upon contacting them, they now hide behind their returns policy, which state sale items cannot be refunded. So i am now stuck with a shoe to which there is an obvious issue with size and they refuse to refund me for.
