Beyond Expectations

My Son had an accident 06 June 2025. I followed the procedure of reporting the accident and then informing Outsurance . The had contacted me the same day and had an appointment set with the accessor within a day. I was then advised to take the car in to Ultra Panel Beaters in Pinetown and after they had set up an appointment on the 09 June 2025 , they advised that my car would be ready on 13 June 2025. The professionalism of both Outsurance and Ultra was mangificent and true to their word my vehicle was ready on Friday afternoon . Their work was excellent and their communication and commitment to meet my requests and timing was above and beyond .
