Arrogant rude staff at Watloo protea glen ,Thembi!

Today I went past watloo protea glen next to cashbuild wanted something to drink for myself ,wife and my son so I took two drinks and doughnuts went to tills while my wife was paying I took three straws next to me so we could share those two drinks different flavors but the cashier named Thembi was very rude and dint want us to take straws she says that we should ask her not take them as if we own them ,I asked how so because they are at my disposal as customer so that I can reach them at take if need be she didn't show any remorse or apologies for her causing drama for us as a family she showed incompetency and lack of customer service , I do not want to ever go back the ever again and nor shall my family or people I know as it is I am disappointed by their service and lost all my willingness to go and shop the ever again .Watloo Protea Glen is a big No No .
