Poor communication with repeat cancellations

ery disappointing and frustrating service. Appointments were booked and the cancelled at short notice multiple times. Very poor communication via Whatsapp, where I was not told what date or time the appointment was, despite asking on various occasions. I had to confirm bookings the day before since I did not receive any feedback, only to be told the appointment had to be moved at short notice. No consideration or planning ahead. No response to request for an appointment for 3 weeks! I did not use their service in the end, due to the poor communication and repeat cancellations.
