unauthorized debit order.

I am very disappointed in this company. I agreed that they can help me to get out of debt review so that I can pay my accounts directly to the service providers since I had a better paying job. in two weeks time I managed to get money and settled all my accounts and NDC issued me with the clearance certificate and also updated my details at NCR for debt review removal. I called Empire and informed them that I am already out of debt review and I no longer require their services and I also stopped the debit order mandate at the bank but they created a new reference and continued to debit my R6000 and they do not want to refund me.
