After two years being with Mytravelution, 24 months subscription I am struggling to cancel with them. Company emailed TWO months after cancelling that I owe one month's payment for a year back and now I can't cancel until I pay this overdue amount hence they will still debit my account monthly. I provided proof that all payments were made and I am not overdue with any amount. Poor communication, no one seems to be able to assist to just cancel subscription after months of still taking debit order. Even though I reported this to my bank, they still find ways to deducted monthly on my account. Only answer I get is Erica is on Maternity leave and they bounce me from one person to another. I have now seek legal advise and was informed to open a Police case of ***** against the company so they can take action, when I called and ask for the company's details I was informed I cannot have them as I am not a member? which is odd because they emailed me stating I cannot cancel until I pay overdue amount (which there is none). This is all clearly an attempt to take more payments. This company is definitely a *****.
