Absolutely terrible company to work for. This company treats its employees with no respect, no support, and no appreciation. Management is quick to blame staff for everything but never takes accountability for their own toxic environment. They complain about high staff turnover, yet refuse to give people a fair chance to grow, learn, or feel valued. You’re expected to give your all with little to no recognition, and the moment you speak up or need support, you're treated like a problem. It's no wonder people don’t stay—no one wants to work in a place where they’re constantly disrespected and overlooked. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy or professional work environment. They need to look in the mirror and fix their culture instead of blaming their employees.
