To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my account by both Richfield and the attorneys to whom my account was handed over. I initially opened an account with Richfield for study purposes. However, I attempted to cancel the course for several months without success. I never accessed the course material or began any studies. Despite this, my account was handed over to a legal firm for collection. Upon contact from the attorneys, I entered into a payment agreement in good faith. However, after a few months, I received a statement reflecting additional charges in the form of interest. When I called to query this, I was told there was no agreement in place—despite having made payments under the terms we had discussed. I then requested a new agreement and was told I would receive confirmation within a week. After receiving no response, I followed up again, only to be told rudely, “Sir, you need to pay!”—despite still waiting for the promised documentation. This entire experience has been deeply frustrating. I am now being charged interest on an account I tried to cancel from the outset, and I am being treated unfairly despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably. I expect a formal response to this complaint, the immediate cessation of interest charges, and a clear, written agreement reflecting our discussions. Sincerely, Dillan Blom
