Pathetic service - Durbanville Glass Centre & Aluminium

I am most disappointed in Durbanville Glass Centre and Aluminium. I placed an order for the installation of a cat flap on a pane of glass. Twice they had to send a team round to do measurements. I enquired twice about the installation and was informed it’s at their supplier. Today on the 7th of July I called again (almost two weeks since my order) and they couldn’t give me an answer when it would be done. I informed them previously I needed the job done rather urgently. What disappointed me the most is they made no effort to apologise for their pathetic service. They just don’t seem to care. I will never use them again and most certainly not refer anyone to them.
