Not happy

Very bad service the receptionist she's talking with her friend like always, I no longer consult on Saturday because of this receptionist and today i found her, she's slowly and talk alot, got there while there were only 2, but I sat for like 30 to 45 minutes, I normally consult there but today I waited, the practice was dirty it like public clinic, water cups were all over the practice, full of water in the floor and chairs were wet aswell it like there was never cleaned. Our health are important and if the receptionist area is this dirty!!!
