Highly disappointed in The Wedding Guy!

I definitely do not recommend John to any couple looking to get married! During our initial meeting with John everything seemed great and well-organised with YouTube videos discussing wedding ceremonies and the planning process. Excitedly we booked John to officiate our wedding in October 2024. Included in his fee was that he would register our wedding for us with home affairs. John put the incorrect wedding date on our marriage certificate. It is now July 2025 and he still hasn’t rectified this matter! I have been sending him countless of messages and just get ignored. My husband sent him a message 2 weeks ago and John says that home affairs has been “offline” and he cannot check with them. My husband has sent him countless more messages after he’s initial response and John just doesn’t reply to his messages either. This has been a very frustrating process and we are just utterly disappointed with the service which we have paid John to do. Do not waste your time and money with The Wedding Guy.
