⚠️ Public Warning & Disappointment with Bolt ⚠️ I never thought I would have to write something like this, but I feel completely unheard and failed as a victim. A washing machine was ****** by a Bolt driver during what was supposed to be a legitimate transaction. Since then, I have been emailing back and forth with Bolt support, providing every possible detail I have — including the make and model of the vehicle, registration number, and identification details — yet I have received no real assistance at all. I was not the person who booked the Bolt trip; it was arranged by a potential buyer. Despite explaining this repeatedly, Bolt keeps telling me to “ask the rider to contact them,” as if that somehow resolves the fact that my property was ****** under the name of their platform. What makes this even more distressing is that the driver is now ******ing me for money, and instead of stepping in to investigate or protect a victim, Bolt continues to pass responsibility back to me. I am currently engaging with the police, yet Bolt’s response has been nothing more than repeated apologies with no action. I feel deeply disappointed, emotionally exhausted, and honestly shocked at how this is being handled. It feels like my emails are not even being read. As a victim, I expected support, accountability, and at the very least an investigation — not silence and deflection. This experience has made me seriously question the safety and trustworthiness of this service. If something like this can happen and a victim is left without help, how many others have gone through the same thing and stayed silent? I am sharing this so others are aware, and in the hope that someone at Bolt will finally take this seriously and do something before someone else is harmed.
I am really extremely disappointed in the service recieved for Kia Alberton. Since I have bought my car I have had an issue with my seat belt, where it unclips. I did mention it to them each time the car has been in for a service, and each time they just cleaned it. I mention to them this year that it poses significant risk to me should I get into a accident my insurance will not pay out. I asked the to order a new part under warranty. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and I booked the car in Yesterday to have it replaced. As the day was ending and still no update has been received I phoned and was told that the part was wrong and the driver had to go back 3 times and brought the same wrong part each time. Phoned in again today and was told that it would take another 3 weeks for them to order the correct part. This is extremely frustrating and the service manager is rude and basically told me that it is my problem. This is horrible after purchase experience.
