DISAPPOINTMENT
on the 15th of July 2025 I complained - to date no response whatsoever. This Company should not be trusted as they take your money, do nothing for months and refuse to refund you

UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Unfortunately my experience with this Company was nothing but disappointing. I do not wish to reveal to much but I can say that you need to think twice before paying a deposit for work not yet done. I did and a year later after nothing was done, I requested my deposit back. Since April 2025 she has given me excuses ie bookkeeper on leave, needs to do breakdown first as apparently certain work was done and also her refund policy. Well I have requested that, received no response whatsoever and now her and her team have blocked my email address. It should be very simple - I paid you to do a job - job was never done - I requested / insisted / demanded a refund - no response whatsoever. Is this fair?
