I got ****med my money by Mweb, they signed me up and never installed the router unit at my house. I waited for a month, making calls daily to them. Their only response is that Vuma is to blame for the delay. Bunch of *********** customer reps. Worst company I have dealt with. I ended up cancelling and requesting a refund and they would drop my calls, never received a cent till this day. Shame on you.
Racial profiling and unfair vetting process that will disadvantage the applicant. When you enquire, their tone is condensing and rude. Your only way of contact is an email with Salome, who does not provide much clarity to your enquiry. Never deal with them if you don’t speak Afrikaans.
