Polokwane Municipality Treatment

There is nothing nice about recyding under polokwane municipality, i reported a meter thats not working and they said they have to recharge for me on the pole, i didnt have a problem with that but when you call them to come to recharge for you, they take forever to come, and they once even sweared at me. For 3 times i spent 3 days in darkness, and i ended up requesting so that i can buy my own prepaid and they refused. Now i requested for them to come recharge on the 4th on July and its the 18th of july today and im still waiting, as we speak im in a dark house, i dont have electricity and mind you, im a student, i have to bath everyday morning and go to school, 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
