I was deceived and led into giving my consent to LDMS under false pretendance.
LDMS Had me join and give me my consent under false pretendance. They were not honest and transparent about who they are and what they are doing. They told me that they are a remediation company only to find out later after giving my consent that they are actually a debt review company. Now my name is placed under a red flag and they refusing to remove it. I have proof on WhatsApp that up to date they are still denying the fact that they are a debt review company.

Matrix is the worst tracking company.
Matrix Telematic Vehicle Tracking is the worst when it comes to cancelation and getting in touch with them. I informed matric vehicle tracking last year August 2024 about the 3 vehicles I lost hence I needed to cancel my contract with them. Firstly I called their customer care number however they told me to write an email to their cancelation department, I wrote multiple emails but still got no respond. I consistently wrote emails until I got a response this year February 2025. They send me the receipt of cancelation which was R5657. I paid it off bit by bit. To my surprise they send me another receipt of cancelation June 2025 which has not increased to R9800. They are still expecting me to pay the R587 I was paying monthly on top of that am expected to pay R9800 cash in one day. They have also charged me for those days they were not replying to my emails whilst I was requesting for a cancelation. I am expected to continue paying the R587 until next year June. Matrix is the worst when it comes to getting in touch and canceling the contract they charge high amounts and it is difficult to reach them. And they want you to pay those high amounts in one day if not they continue charging the monthly installments and they increase the cancelation fee.
